一、《海南(nán)統計年鑒2022》系統收錄了(le)海南(nán)省轄區(qū)内19個(gè)市、縣、自治縣2021年經濟社會發展方面統計數據以及主要曆史年份統計數據,是一部反映海南(nán)經濟和(hé)社會發展情況的(de)資料性年刊。 二、本年鑒正文内容分(fēn)爲25個(gè)篇章(zhāng),即:1.綜合;2.人(rén)口;3.國民經濟核算(suàn);4.就業和(hé)工資;5.價格;6.人(rén)民生活;7.财政;8.資源和(hé)環境;9.能源;10.固定資産投資;11.對(duì)外經濟貿易;12.農業;13.工業;14.建築業;15.房(fáng)地産;16.批發零售貿易和(hé)住宿餐飲業;17.旅遊;18.運輸和(hé)郵電;19.金融;20.科學技術;21.教育;22.衛生和(hé)社會服務;23.文化(huà)和(hé)體育;24.公共管理(lǐ)、社會保障和(hé)社會組織;25.城(chéng)市和(hé)農村(cūn)。爲方便讀者使用(yòng),各篇章(zhāng)前設有《簡要說明(míng)》,對(duì)本篇章(zhāng)的(de)主要内容、資料來(lái)源、統計範圍、統計方法以及曆史變動情況予以簡要概述,篇末附有《主要統計指标解釋》。 三、本年鑒指标口徑和(hé)範圍,均以國家現行統計報表制度爲準,數據大(dà)部分(fēn)來(lái)源于政府統計機構年度統計報表和(hé)抽樣調查數據,少部分(fēn)來(lái)源于政府各部門或行業主管部門的(de)年度統計報表。 四、本年鑒所使用(yòng)的(de)度量衡單位均采用(yòng)國際統一标準計量單位,并統一使用(yòng)最新頒布實施的(de)産品目錄。 五、本年鑒中部分(fēn)數據合計數或相對(duì)數由于單位取舍不同而産生的(de)計算(suàn)誤差,均未做(zuò)機械調整。 六、符号使用(yòng)說明(míng):年鑒各表中的(de)“空格”表示該項統計指标數據不足本表最小單位數、數據不詳或無該項數據;“#”表示其中的(de)主要項。 七、本年鑒儋州市的(de)數據包含洋浦經濟開發區(qū)的(de)數據。 Ⅰ.Hainan Statistical Yearbook 2022 is an annual statistical publication which covers statistical data for the economic and social development of 19 cities,counties and autonomous counties in year 2021,as well as majorstatistical data in important historical years. Ⅱ.The yearbook contains twenty-five chapters:1.General Survey;2.Population:3.National Accounts;4.Employment and Wages;5.Prices;6.People's Living Conditions;7.Government Finance;8.Resources and Environment;9.Energy;10.Investment in Fixed Assets;11.Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation;12.Agriculture;13.Industry;14.Construction;15.Real Estate;16.Wholesale and Retail Trades,Hotels andCatering Services;17.Tourism;18.Transport,Postal and Telecommunication Services;19.Financial Intermediation;20.Science and Technology;21.Education;22.Public Health and Social Services;23.Culture and Sports;24.Public Management,Social Security and Social Organizations;25.Urban and,Rural.Each chapter begins with Brief Introduce to the main content,data sources,statistical method of this chapter,etc.Explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators are provided at the end of each chapter to briefly describe the content of main statistical indicators,statistical scope and so on. Ⅲ.The statistical approach and scope in this yearbook base on the current national statistical report system basically.Data are mainly obtained from annual statistical reports and sample surveys of government statistical departments,some from annual statistical reports of government or administrative departments. Ⅳ.The units of measurement used in this yearbook are internationally standard measurement units.Newly published and implemented Product Categories are uniformly used. Ⅴ.Statistical discrepancies on totals and relative figures due to rounding are not adjusted in the yearbook. Ⅵ.Notations used in the yearbook:(blank space) indicates that the figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table,or data unknown or not available;“#”indicates a major breakdown of the total. Ⅶ.The data of Danzhou in this yearbook include the data of Yangpu Economic Development zone.
