一、《廣西統計年鑒》是一部全面反映廣西壯族自治區(qū)國民經濟和(hé)社會發展情況的(de)大(dà)型資料性年刊,至今已經走過40載。2022版收錄了(le)全自治區(qū)2021年和(hé)1978年以來(lái)重要年份的(de)主要統計數據,以及各市、縣(區(qū))2021年的(de)主要統計指标數據。
二、全書(shū)分(fēn)爲23個(gè)篇章(zhāng),即:1.綜合;2.人(rén)口;3.國民經濟核算(suàn);4.從業人(rén)員(yuán)和(hé)職工工資;5.物(wù)價;6.人(rén)民生活;7.财政、金融和(hé)保險;8.資源與環境;9.能源生産與消費;10.固定資産投資;11.城(chéng)市概況;12.對(duì)外經濟貿易;13.農業;14.工業;15.建築業;16.批發和(hé)零售業;17.住宿餐飲業和(hé)旅遊;18.交通(tōng)、運輸和(hé)郵電通(tōng)信業;19.教育、科技和(hé)文化(huà);20.體育、衛生與社會福利;21.區(qū)域經濟;22.各市基本情況;23.縣(市、區(qū))基本情況。爲便于讀者更直觀地了(le)解全書(shū)内容和(hé)正确使用(yòng)資料,每篇章(zhāng)末尾附有主要統計指标解釋。附錄内容爲《2021年廣西國民經濟和(hé)社會發展統計公報》。
三、資料中所使用(yòng)的(de)度量衡單位均采用(yòng)國際統一标準計量單位。
四、本年鑒部分(fēn)合計數由于其中數的(de)小數點位數取舍不同而産生的(de)計算(suàn)誤差未做(zuò)機械調整。
五、年鑒所涉及的(de)曆史數據,凡與本年鑒資料有所出入的(de),均以最新出版的(de)爲準。
六、年鑒的(de)資料來(lái)源:主要來(lái)自自治區(qū)統計局的(de)常規統計年報、各類抽樣調查、普查。部分(fēn)篇章(zhāng)和(hé)指标的(de)内容由相關區(qū)直單位(部門)提供,自治區(qū)統計局對(duì)這(zhè)些指标數據沒有解釋及說明(míng)的(de)權力和(hé)能力。
七、本年鑒表中的(de)符号使用(yòng)說明(míng):
“…”表示數據不足本表最小計量單位數;
“空格”表示該項統計數據不詳或無該項統計數據;
“#”表示其中的(de)主要項。
八、2003~2018年地區(qū)生産總值核算(suàn)(支出法部分(fēn)除外)和(hé)社會消費品零售總額等指标數據依據全國第四次經濟普查結果進行了(le)修訂,與之相關的(de)部分(fēn)計算(suàn)指标數據也(yě)随之調整。2021年地區(qū)生産總值等部分(fēn)指标數據爲快(kuài)報數。
2011~2019年人(rén)口相關數據根據第七次全國人(rén)口普查進行了(le)修訂。
九、在本年鑒的(de)編輯過程中,得(de)到了(le)許多(duō)單位和(hé)同志的(de)大(dà)力支持,在此我們深表謝意。限于時(shí)間倉促和(hé)水(shuǐ)平有限,年鑒中的(de)纰漏和(hé)不足之處在所難免,懇請廣大(dà)讀者給予批評指正。
Ⅰ.Guangxi Statistical Yearbook is an annual statistics publication,which covers very comprehensive data in 2021 and some selected data series in historically important years since 1978 of the whole autonomous region,the main statistical data of city,county(district) in 2021 and therefore,reflects various aspects of Guangxi's social and economic development.
Ⅱ.This book contains the following twenty-three parts,1.General Survey;2.Population;3.National Economic Accounting;4.Employment and Wages;5.Price;6.People's Livelihoods;7.Finance,Banking and Insurance;8.Natural Resources and Environment;9.Energy Production and Consumption;10.Investment in Fixed Assets;11.General Survey of Cities;12.Foreign Trade and Economy Cooperation;13.Agriculture;14.Industry;15.Construction;16.Wholesale and Retail Trades;17.Hotels,Catering Services and Tourism;18.Transportation,Postal and Telecommunication Services;19.Education,Science,Technology and Culture;20.Sport,Public Health and Social Welfare;21.Economic Zones;22.Basic Statistics of Cities;23.Basic Statistics of Counties(Cities,Districts).In order to make readers understand the whole content of this book and use the materials correctly,most of the chapters are equipped with explanatory notes on main statistical indicators at the end.Moreover,appendix(Statistical Communique on National Economic and Social Development of Guangxi in 2021) is attached at the end of the book.
Ⅲ.The international standard unit of measurement is applied in this book.
Ⅳ.Statistical discrepancies on some totals figures due to rounding varies of the numbers are not adjusted in the yearbook.
Ⅴ.In this yearbook,the statistical materials published before have been verified again,and the data that not tally with this book should take the data of this book as standard.
Ⅵ.The major data sources of this publication are obtained from annual statistical reports,sample surveys,and the census of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Bureau of Statistics.And some from other Departments of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Bureau of Statistics has no power or ability to define and explain these indicators and data.
Ⅶ.Notations used in this yearbook:
"…" indicates that the figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table;
"Blank space" indicates that the data are unknown or not available;
"#" indicates the major items of the table.
Ⅷ.The data of Gross Domestic Product(except part of Expenditure Approach) and Total Retail Sales of Consumer Goods from 2003 to 2018 has been recalculated with The Forth National Economic Census,and so as the related indicators of them.All the data of GDP and etc.in 2021's are from quick statistics data.And data of population from 2011 to 2019 are revised based on the 7th Population Census.
