《中國城(chéng)市統計年鑒》是全面反映中國城(chéng)市社會經濟發展情況的(de)資料性年刊。《中國城(chéng)市統計年鑒2021》收錄了(le)2020年全國各級城(chéng)市社會經濟發展等方面的(de)主要統計數據,數據來(lái)源于各城(chéng)市的(de)相關部門。 本年鑒内容共分(fēn)四個(gè)部分(fēn):第一部分(fēn)是全國城(chéng)市行政區(qū)劃,列有不同區(qū)域、不同級别的(de)城(chéng)市分(fēn)布情況;第二、三部分(fēn)分(fēn)别是地級以上城(chéng)市統計資料和(hé)縣級城(chéng)市統計資料,具體包括人(rén)口、資源環境、經濟發展、科技創新、人(rén)民生活、公共服務、基礎設施等方面的(de)數據;第四部分(fēn)是附錄,爲主要統計指标解釋。需要說明(míng)的(de)是,從1997年開始,地級以上城(chéng)市和(hé)縣級城(chéng)市分(fēn)别采用(yòng)不同的(de)統計制度,有些指标在兩類城(chéng)市之間不具有可(kě)比性,故本年鑒将地級以上城(chéng)市和(hé)縣級城(chéng)市統計資料分(fēn)爲獨立的(de)兩部分(fēn)。此外,根據數據發布相關規定,經征求有關部門的(de)意見,停止發布一些指标,如“專利申請數”“按産業、行業劃分(fēn)的(de)城(chéng)鎮單位就業人(rén)員(yuán)”等,暫停發布一些指标,如“戶籍人(rén)口”“R&D内部經費支出”等,并對(duì)部分(fēn)指标名稱及指标解釋進行了(le)調整。 本年鑒所涉及的(de)全國或全部城(chéng)市統計資料,均未包括香港特别行政區(qū)、澳門特别行政區(qū)和(hé)台灣省。年鑒表中所列“全市”爲城(chéng)市的(de)全部行政區(qū)域,包括城(chéng)區(qū)、轄縣、轄市;“市轄區(qū)”包括所有城(chéng)區(qū),不包括轄縣和(hé)轄市。本年鑒各表中的(de)空格表示該項統計指标數據不詳或無該項數據。 本年鑒适用(yòng)于各級政府管理(lǐ)部門、城(chéng)市規劃設計部門、城(chéng)市社會經濟研究機構、市政建設及房(fáng)地産機構、各種中介服務及信息咨詢機構等單位的(de)工作者,也(yě)是大(dà)專院校師生、工商界人(rén)士、境外投資者以及關心中國城(chéng)市發展的(de)各界人(rén)士的(de)重要參考資料。 本年鑒的(de)編輯出版得(de)到了(le)國家統計局農村(cūn)社會經濟調查司、各省(區(qū)、市)統計局、各調查總隊、各市統計局和(hé)調查隊以及中國統計出版社的(de)鼎力支持,在此表示衷心的(de)感謝。 本年鑒編印工作量大(dà),出版時(shí)間緊,難免有不當之處,誠懇歡迎廣大(dà)讀者批評指正。 China City Statistical Yearbook is an annual statistical publication.China City Statistical Yearbook 2021 reflects comprehensively the economic and social development of Cities in China.It covers the main socio-economic statistical data of cities at all levels for 2020,the data comes from the relevant departments of each city. The Yearbook contains four parts:Part Ⅰ is the administrative division of all cities,listing city distribution by region and level;Part Ⅱ and Part Ⅲ are the statistical data of cities at prefecture level and above,and county-level respectively on population,resources and environment,economy development,scientific and technological innovation,people's livelihood,public service,infrastructure;Part Ⅳ is appendix of explanatory notes on main statistical indicators.It is necessary to point out that cities at prefecture level and above and county-level have used different indicator systems of statistics since 1997,and some indicators in two categories of cities are not comparable.So the data of cities at prefecture level and above and the data of cities at county-level are divided into two independent parts in the yearbook.In addition,according to the relevant regulations of data release,after consulting the relevant departments,we stopped publishing some indicators,such as"number of patent applications","persons Employed in urban units according to three strata of industry and sector in detail",and suspended some indicators,such as "household registered" and"R&D internal expenditure",and adjusted some indicators and indicators. The national data in this yearbook do not include those of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province."Total City" listed in the data refers to all administrative regions of the city,including the city districts,counties and the city at lower level;"Districts under City" includes all the city districts,not including counties and the city at lower level.The blank forms in the tables in this yearbook indicates that relevant statistical data are unknown or not available. The Yearbook is compiled for the users working in government departments,city planning departments,institutes of urban socio-economic research,municipal construction and real estateagencies,intermediary services,information consulting agencies and other so on,and it is an important reference book for college teachers and students,businessmen,overseas investors as well as users paying close attention to the development of Chinese cities.
