一、《甯夏統計年鑒—2021》是由甯夏回族自治區(qū)統計局、國家統計局甯夏調查總隊聯合編制,中國統計出版社公開出版發行的(de)一部全面、系統、客觀反映甯夏經濟和(hé)社會發展的(de)資料性年刊,是研究甯夏區(qū)情、交流社會信息、制定政策、指導工作不可(kě)缺少的(de)重要工具,也(yě)是國内外各界認識甯夏的(de)重要窗(chuāng)口。本年鑒收錄了(le)甯夏曆史重要年份和(hé)2020年經濟和(hé)社會各方面的(de)統計數據,各市、縣(區(qū))主要統計數據,以及全國和(hé)各省(市、區(qū))主要統計數據。 二、本年鑒内容分(fēn)特載和(hé)統計資料兩部分(fēn)。特載包括政府工作報告和(hé)統計公報。統計資料共分(fēn)爲二十三篇:1.行政區(qū)劃與自然資源;2.綜合;3.國民經濟核算(suàn);4.人(rén)口;5.勞動力資源與工資;6.固定資産投資;7.能源;8.财政金融保險;9.物(wù)價指數;10.居民生活;11.農業;12.工業;13.建築業;14.運輸郵電;15.批發零售貿易和(hé)住宿餐飲業;16.對(duì)外經濟貿易和(hé)旅遊業;17.教育科技文化(huà);18.體育衛生民政司法;19.生态環境;20.規模以上服務業企業調查主要數據;21.企業信息化(huà)與電子商務;22.甯夏農墾經濟社會發展主要指标;23.各省市區(qū)主要經濟指标。爲便于讀者使用(yòng),部分(fēn)章(zhāng)節附有主要統計指标解釋。 三、本年鑒統計資料大(dà)部分(fēn)來(lái)源于統計年報,部分(fēn)來(lái)源于抽樣調查,全國各省市區(qū)主要經濟指标資料來(lái)源于中國統計出版社編印的(de)《中國統計年鑒—2021》和(hé)當年的(de)《中國統計摘要》,除具體标明(míng)年份以外,表中數據皆指2020年度。 四、本年鑒涉及的(de)曆史數據,均以最新出版的(de)本年鑒數據爲準;本年鑒中部分(fēn)數據合計數或相對(duì)數由于單位取舍不同而産生的(de)誤差,均未作機械調整。 五、與《甯夏統計年鑒—2020》相比,根據現行統計調查制度修訂情況,有如下(xià)變化(huà):對(duì)部分(fēn)章(zhāng)節内容進行了(le)調整。在行政區(qū)劃與自然資源篇,取消了(le)1-1全區(qū)行政區(qū)劃表中“土地面積”指标;對(duì)1-4主要礦産資源儲量作了(le)全面調整;在人(rén)口篇,根據第七次全國人(rén)口普查結果,對(duì)2011年以來(lái)的(de)人(rén)口數據作了(le)全面調整;在勞動工資篇,删除了(le)5-4,5-17,5-23表,對(duì)表格順序作了(le)調整,數據隻能下(xià)分(fēn)到市一級;在勞動工資篇,删除了(le)18-11表,對(duì)表格順序作了(le)調整;在生态環境篇,對(duì)2015年至2019年曆史數據進行了(le)調整。 六、本年鑒出版發行工作,得(de)到各級領導、有關部門和(hé)社會各界的(de)大(dà)力支持,謹緻謝意。由于我們編輯水(shuǐ)平有限,雖竭盡所能卻不足之處在所難免,誠懇期望各界讀者提出寶貴意見,以便進一步改進和(hé)提高(gāo)我們的(de)工作水(shuǐ)平。 Ⅰ.Ningxia Statistical Yearbook 2021 is a comprehensive,systematic and objective information yearbook re-flecting the economic and social development of Ningxia,which is jointly prepared by the Statistics Bureau of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and the Ningxia investigation team of the National Bureau of statistics and pub-lished by China Statistics Press.It is an indispensable tool for studying the situation of Ningxia,exchanging social information,formulating policies and guiding work,It is also an important window for all circles at home and abroad to understand Ningxia.This yearbook contains the statistical data of economic and social aspects of Ningxiain important historical years and 2020,the main statistical data of cities and counties(districts),as well as the main statistical data of the whole country and provinces(cities and districts). Ⅱ.The yearbook contains twenty-three chapters:1.Administrative Divisions and Natural Resources;2.General Survey;3.National Accounts;4.Population;5.Employment and Wages;6.Investment in Fixed Assets;7.Energy;8.Government Finance,Financial Intermediation and Insurance;9.Prices Indices;10.People's Living Conditions;11.Agriculture;12.Industry;13.Construction;14.Transport,Postal and Telecommunication Services;15.Whole sale,Retail,Housing and Catering;16.Foreign Trade Economic Cooperation and Tourism;17.Education,Scienceand Technology Culture;18.Sports,Public Health,Civil Administration and Judicature;19.Ecological Environment;20.Main Survey Information of Service Enterprise above Designated Size;21.Enterprise Information and Elec-tronic Commerce;22.Economic and Social development of Agricultural Cultivation in Ningxia;23.Main Economic Indicators by Region. To facilitate readers,Some Chapters are accompanied by explanatory Notes on Main Statistical Indicators. Ⅲ.Most of the statistical data in this yearbook come from the statistical annual report,and some come from the sample survey;Main Economic Indicators by Region are from China Statistical Yearbook 2021 and China Statistical Abstract of that year.The data in this book refer to 2020,with the exception of the year specified. Ⅳ.For updated historical data,please refer to the newly published version of the yearbook.Statistical dis-crepancies on totals and relative figures due to rounding are not adjusted in the yearbook. Ⅴ.Compared with Ningxia Statistical Yearbook 2020,according to the revision of the current statistical survey system,there are the following changes:the contents of some chapters have been adjusted.In the chapter of administrative division and natural resources,the index of "land area" in 1-1 regional administrative division tableis cancelled;The reserves of 1-4 main mineral resources have been comprehensively adjusted;In the population section,the population data since 2011 have been comprehensively adjusted according to the results of the seventh national census;In the chapter of labor and wages,tables 5-4,5-17 and 5-23 are deleted and the order of thetables is adjusted.The data can only be distributed to the municipal level;In the labor and wages section,table 18-11 is deleted and the order of the table is adjusted;In the chapter of ecological environment,the historical datafrom 2015 to 2019 are adjusted.
