一、《黑(hēi)龍江統計年鑒—2021》是一部全面反映黑(hēi)龍江省經濟和(hé)社會發展狀況的(de)資料性工具書(shū)。本書(shū)系統收錄了(le)全省及各市(地)、縣2020年經濟和(hé)社會各方面的(de)統計數據,以及曆史重要年份的(de)主要統計數據。
二、全書(shū)共分(fēn)20個(gè)部分(fēn):1.綜合;2.人(rén)口、就業人(rén)員(yuán)和(hé)工資;3.國民經濟核算(suàn);4.價格指數;5.人(rén)民生活;6.财政、金融和(hé)保險;7.資源與環境;8.能源;9.固定資産投資;10.對(duì)外經濟貿易;11.農業;12.工業;13.建築業;14.住房(fáng)和(hé)房(fáng)地産;15.國内貿易和(hé)旅遊業;16.運輸和(hé)郵電;17.教育與科技;18.文化(huà)、體育、衛生和(hé)社會服務;19.城(chéng)市概況;附錄:各縣、市主要指标。各部分(fēn)均附有主要統計指标解釋。
三、資料中使用(yòng)的(de)度量衡單位均采用(yòng)國際統一标準的(de)計量單位。
四、本年鑒的(de)資料大(dà)部分(fēn)來(lái)自年度統計報表,部分(fēn)數據來(lái)自抽樣調查和(hé)專業部門年報,部分(fēn)專業曆史數據和(hé)資料來(lái)源口徑有調整,請留意表中注釋。
五、附錄中的(de)縣域經濟指标爲各縣(市)上報數,未做(zuò)逐級核對(duì),僅供參考。
六、由于數據來(lái)源和(hé)計算(suàn)方法不同,一些指标分(fēn)地區(qū)數據相加不等于全省數,請使用(yòng)時(shí)注意。部分(fēn)合計數或相對(duì)數因單位取舍不同而産生的(de)計算(suàn)誤差均未做(zuò)調整。
七、本年鑒中的(de)符号使用(yòng)說明(míng):“空格”表示該項統計指标數據不詳或無該項數據,數據不足本表最小單位數;“#”表示其中主要項。
Ⅰ.Heilongjiang Statistical Yearbook—2021 is an annual statistics publication,which coversvery comprehensive data in 2020 and some selected data series in historically important yearsat provincial levels and local levels of cities,regions,and counties directly under the provincialgovernment and therefore,reflects various aspects of social and economic development ofHeilongjiang.
