一、《中國環境統計年鑒2021》是國家統計局和(hé)生态環境部及其他(tā)有關部委共同編輯完成的(de)一本反映我國環境各領域基本情況的(de)年度綜合統計資料。本書(shū)收錄了(le)2020年全國各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市環境各領域的(de)基本數據和(hé)主要年份的(de)全國主要環境統計數據。 二、本書(shū)内容共分(fēn)爲十一個(gè)部分(fēn),即:1.自然狀況;2.水(shuǐ)環境;3.海洋環境;4.大(dà)氣環境;5.固體廢物(wù);6.自然生态;7.林(lín)業;8.自然災害及突發事件;9.環境投資;10.城(chéng)市環境;11.農村(cūn)環境。同時(shí)附錄四個(gè)部分(fēn):資源環境主要統計指标、東中西部地區(qū)主要環境指标、世界主要國家和(hé)地區(qū)環境統計指标、主要統計指标解釋。 三、本書(shū)中所涉及的(de)全國性統計指标,除國土面積和(hé)森林(lín)資源數據外,均未包括香港特别行政區(qū)、澳門特别行政區(qū)和(hé)台灣地區(qū)數據;取自國家林(lín)業和(hé)草(cǎo)原局的(de)數據中,大(dà)興安嶺由國家林(lín)業和(hé)草(cǎo)原局直屬管理(lǐ),與各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市并列,數據與其他(tā)省沒有重複。 四、有關符号說明(míng): “空格”表示該項統計指标數據不詳或無該項數據; “#”表示是其中的(de)主要項。 五、參與本書(shū)編輯的(de)單位還(hái)有自然資源部、住房(fáng)和(hé)城(chéng)鄉建設部、交通(tōng)運輸部、水(shuǐ)利部、農業農村(cūn)部、應急管理(lǐ)部、中國氣象局、國家林(lín)業和(hé)草(cǎo)原局。對(duì)上述單位有關人(rén)員(yuán)在本書(shū)編輯過程中給予的(de)大(dà)力支持與合作,表示衷心的(de)感謝。 Ⅰ.China Statistical Yearbook on Environment 2021 is prepared jointly by the National Bureauof Statistics,Ministry of Ecology and Environment and other ministries.It is an annual statisticspublication,with comprehensive data in 2020 and selected data series in major years at national leveland at provincial level(province,autonomous region,and municipality directly under the centralgovernment) and therefore reflecting various aspects of China's environmental development. Ⅱ.China Statistical Yearbook on Environment 2021 contains 11 chapters:1.Natural Conditions;2.Freshwater Environment;3.Marine Environment;4.Atmospheric Environment;5.Solid Wastes;6.Natural Ecology;7.Forestry;8.Natural Disasters & Environmental Accidents;9.EnvironmentalInvestment;10.Urban Environment;11.Rural Environment.Four appendixes listed as Main Indicatorsof Resource and Environment;Main Environmental Indicators by Eastern,Central and Western;MainEnvironmental Indicators of the World's Major Countries and Regions;Explanatory Notes on MainStatistical Indicators. Ⅲ.The national data in this book do not include that of Hong Kong Special AdministrativeRegion,Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan except for territory and forest resources.Theinformation gathered from National Forestry and Grassland Administration,Daxinganling is affiliatedto the National Forestry and Grassland Administration,tied with the provinces,autonomous regions,municipalities under the central government,without duplication of data. Ⅳ.Notations used in this book: "(blank)" indicates that the data are not available; "#"indicates the major items of the total.
