一、《甘肅發展年鑒》是由甘肅省統計局和(hé)國家統計局甘肅調查總隊編纂,中國統計出版社出版,國内外公開發行的(de)大(dà)型綜合性年刊。它以大(dà)量翔實可(kě)靠的(de)資料,全面記載了(le)甘肅經濟社會發展情況,是各級黨政領導、經濟管理(lǐ)部門、企事業單位、科研部門和(hé)中外投資者了(le)解省情、市情,進行科學決策、咨詢和(hé)研究的(de)重要工具書(shū)。 二、本年鑒是創刊以來(lái)的(de)第十二卷,全部爲中英文對(duì)照(zhào)版并配有電子版,主要記載2020年甘肅經濟社會發展情況,統計資料在時(shí)間上有所上溯。 三、本年鑒共分(fēn)爲兩部分(fēn):第一部分(fēn)共設9個(gè)篇目,包括特載、概況、國民經濟、交通(tōng)通(tōng)信、财政金融、經濟管理(lǐ)、社會事業、人(rén)民生活、地縣及蘭州新區(qū)概況;第二部分(fēn)共設23個(gè)篇章(zhāng),包括綜合,人(rén)口,國民經濟核算(suàn),就業和(hé)工資,價格,人(rén)民生活,财政和(hé)金融業,資源和(hé)環境,能源,固定資産投資,對(duì)外經濟貿易,農業,工業,建築業,批發和(hé)零售業,住宿、餐飲業和(hé)旅遊業,運輸和(hé)郵電,教育和(hé)科學技術,衛生、社會服務和(hé)社會保障,文化(huà)和(hé)體育,城(chéng)市,民族自治地方,蘭州新區(qū)。爲方便讀者使用(yòng)資料,統計資料各篇前附有簡要說明(míng),篇末附有主要統計指标解釋。 四、本年鑒的(de)體例分(fēn)爲篇目、分(fēn)目和(hé)條目三個(gè)層次,以條目爲基本結構單元。條目标題均用(yòng)黑(hēi)體字加[]。 五、與2020年版《甘肅發展年鑒》相比較,本年年鑒在内容上主要做(zuò)了(le)如下(xià)修訂:第一部分(fēn)中,“市州及蘭州新區(qū)概況”改爲“地縣及蘭州新區(qū)概況”,增加了(le)86個(gè)地縣概況内容,在第二部分(fēn)中,“人(rén)口”部分(fēn),根據第七次全國人(rén)口普查資料增加“分(fēn)地區(qū)戶數、人(rén)口數、性别比和(hé)戶規模(第七次全國人(rén)口普查)”等9張表,删除了(le)“各地縣總戶數及總人(rén)口”(戶籍人(rén)口)表;“價格”部分(fēn),删除了(le)“固定資産投資價格指數”指标相關内容;“人(rén)民生活”部分(fēn),增加“全省居民人(rén)均收支情況”表;“财政和(hé)金融業”部分(fēn),“政府性基金收支情況”表中增加“抗疫特别國債安排的(de)支出”指标;“固定資産投資”部分(fēn),增加“按産業分(fēn)固定資産投資增長(cháng)速度”表。 六、由于統計制度方法改革,有些統計指标的(de)口徑、包括範圍和(hé)計算(suàn)方法有所變化(huà),使用(yòng)時(shí)請注意。文稿中的(de)數據由各單位提供,部分(fēn)爲初步統計數,如與統計表中不一緻,以統計表爲準。 七、依據第七次全國人(rén)口普查結果,對(duì)本年鑒中涉及“人(rén)均”的(de)相關指标2011—2019年的(de)數據進行了(le)修訂。 八、本年鑒中涉及的(de)曆史數據,均以最新出版的(de)本年鑒數據爲準;本年鑒中所使用(yòng)的(de)度量衡單位均采用(yòng)國際統一标準計量單位;部分(fēn)數據合計數或相對(duì)數由于單位取舍不同而産生的(de)計算(suàn)誤差,均未做(zuò)機械調整。 九、符号使用(yòng)說明(míng):年鑒各表中的(de)“空格”表示該項統計指标數據不足本表最小單位數、數據不詳或無該項數據;“#”表示其中的(de)主要項。 本年鑒的(de)編輯出版,得(de)到省直各部門和(hé)有關企業事業單位的(de)大(dà)力支持,我們對(duì)此表示誠摯的(de)謝意! Ⅰ.Gansu Development Yearbook,edited by the Gansu Provincial Bureau of Statistics and Survey Office of the National Bureau of Statistics in Gansu and published by china statistics press,is a large-scale domestic and international public offering comprehensive annual publication.It records comprehensively Gansu economic and social development situation by the large amount of reliable data,and is an important tool to understand the situation of the province,city and conduct a scientific decision-making,consult and research for every level party and government leaders,economic management department,enterprise and public institution,research departments and domestic and foreign investors. Ⅱ.The yearbook is the twelfth volume since founded,which is all the in Chinese-English and equipped with electronic version,records mainly Gansu economic and social development situation in 2020,but its statistics materials have traced back in time. Ⅲ.The yearbook contains the following two parts:The first part contains Featured Articles,Survey,National Economy,Traffic Communication,Government Finance and Financial,Economy & Management,Social Undertaking,People's Living Conditions,City & County and Lanzhou New Area Overview,total 9 chapters.The second part contains total 23 sections and chapters:General Survey;Population;National Accounts;Employment and Wages;Prices;People's Living Conditions;Government Finance and Financial Intermediation;Resources and Environment;Energy;Investment in Fixed Assets;Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation;Agriculture;Industry;Construction;Wholesale and Retail Trades;Hotels,Catering Services and Tourism;Transport,Postal and Telecommunication Services;Education & Science and Technology;Public Health,Social Services and Social Security;Culture and Sports;City;Ethnic Minority Autonomous Area;Lanzhou New Area.For the convenience of using information for the readers,statistics have a brief introduction at the beginning of each part.In addition,explanatory notes on main statistical indicators are provided at the end of each part. Ⅳ.The yearbook style is divided into contents,subhead and entry three levels,and entry as the basic structural unit.The entry titles are in bold and add []. Ⅴ.In comparison with Gansu Development Yearbook 2020,following amendments were mainly made in content of this yearbook:In the first part,the chapter of "City & State and Lanzhou New Area Overview" is changed into"City & County and Lanzhou New Area Overview".In the second part,the chapter of "Population",9 tables including"Household,Population,Sex Ratio and Household Size by Region(The Seventh National Census)" are added according to the Seventh National Population Census data,table of "Total Household and Total Population by Region & County"(Household population) are deleted;the chapter of "Prices",deleted the relevant content of the "Price Index for Investment in Fixed Assets";the chapter of "People's Living Conditions",table of "Per Capita Income and Consumption Expenditure of Gansu Residents " is added;the chapter of "Government Finance and Financial Intermediation ",indicator of "Expenditure of Special Treasury Bonds for Against COVID-19" is added in the table of "Revenue and Expenditure of Government Fund";the chapter of "Investment in Fixed Assets",table of "Growth Rate of Investment in Fixed Assets by Industry" is added. Ⅵ.As the methods of statistical system reform,some of the caliber of statistical indicators,including the scope and computational method change and please note that when used.The presentation data is provided by the units and some are preliminary statistics,if they does not accord with the statistical tables to tables shall prevail. Ⅶ.According to the results of the Seventh National Population Census,the 2011-2019 data of indicators related to"per capita" involved in this yearbook are revised. Ⅷ.Please refer to the newly published version of the yearbook for updated historical data.The units of measurement used in this yearbook are internationally standard measurement units,statistical discrepancies on totals and relative figures due to rounding are not adjusted in the yearbook. Ⅸ.Notations used in the yearbook:(blank space) indicates that the figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table,or data are unknown,or are not available;"#" indicates a major breakdown of the total.
