《中國火炬統計年鑒2021》是由科技部火炬高(gāo)技術産業開發中心編撰的(de)反映中國火炬計劃、技術市場(chǎng)、全國生産力促進中心等相關内容的(de)統計資料書(shū)。全書(shū)收錄了(le)全國各省、直轄市、自治區(qū)、計劃單列市及副省級城(chéng)市科技部門和(hé)各國家高(gāo)新區(qū)2020年度的(de)相關火炬統計數據。 全書(shū)内容分(fēn)十二個(gè)部分(fēn)。第一部分(fēn)爲國家高(gāo)新技術産業開發區(qū)内企業的(de)情況;第二部分(fēn)爲全國高(gāo)新技術企業的(de)情況;第三部分(fēn)爲科技企業孵化(huà)器的(de)情況;第四部分(fēn)爲衆創空間的(de)情況;第五部分(fēn)爲國家大(dà)學科技園的(de)發展情況;第六部分(fēn)爲火炬計劃軟件産業基地的(de)發展情況;第七部分(fēn)爲火炬特色産業基地的(de)發展情況;第八部分(fēn)爲創新型産業集群的(de)發展情況;第九部分(fēn)爲全國技術市場(chǎng)發展情況;第十部分(fēn)爲國家技術轉移機構發展情況;第十一部分(fēn)爲全國生産力促進中心的(de)發展情況;第十二部分(fēn)爲主要指标解釋。 需要說明(míng)的(de)是,2020年全國成果統計調查制度納入到火炬統計調查制度中,在本書(shū)第九部分(fēn)全國技術市場(chǎng)發展情況中增加了(le)全國科技成果登記的(de)内容,将國家技術轉移機構發展情況從第九部分(fēn)中分(fēn)離出來(lái),單獨列爲第十部分(fēn)。 本書(shū)所涉及的(de)全國性統計數據,除技術合同外,均未包括香港、澳門特别行政區(qū)和(hé)台灣省數據。 本書(shū)所涉及東部、中部、西部和(hé)東北(běi)地區(qū)的(de)具體劃分(fēn)爲: 東部地區(qū):包括北(běi)京、天津、河(hé)北(běi)、上海、江蘇、浙江、福建、山東、廣東和(hé)海南(nán)等10個(gè)省市;中部地區(qū):包括山西、安徽、江西、河(hé)南(nán)、湖北(běi)和(hé)湖南(nán)等6個(gè)省市;西部地區(qū):包括内蒙古、廣西、重慶、四川、貴州、雲南(nán)、西藏、陝西、甘肅、青海、甯夏和(hé)新疆等12個(gè)省市;東北(běi)地區(qū):包括遼甯、吉林(lín)和(hé)黑(hēi)龍江等3個(gè)省。 本書(shū)中使用(yòng)的(de)符号:“空格”表示該項統計指标數據不足本表最小單位數、數據不詳或無該數據;“#”表示其中的(de)主要項;“/”表示數據未提供,“”或“①”表示本表下(xià)有注解。 本書(shū)中因小數取舍而産生的(de)誤差均未做(zuò)配平處理(lǐ)。 China Torch Statistical Yearbook 2021 is prepared by Torch High Technology Industry Development Center.The yearbook,which covers related data of provinces,deputy provincial level cities and cities listed independently in the state plan,and National High Technology Industrial Development Zones of the year 2020,reports on the development status of China Torch Program,China's Technology Market and Productivity Promotion Centers. The Yearbook contains the following eleven parts:1.Development of National High Technology Industrial Development Zones(Hi-tech Zones) and its tenants;2.Development of High Technology Enterprises;3.Development of Technology Business Incubators;4.Development of Mass Maker Spaces;5.Development of National University Science Parks;6.Development of Torch Program Software Industrial Bases;7.Development of Torch Program Specialized Industrial Bases;8.Development of Innovative Industrial Clusters;9.Development of Technology Market;10.Development of National Technology Transfer Centers;11.Development of Productivity Promotion Centers;12.Explanatory Notes of Indicators. It should be pointed out here that Investigation of National Scientific and Technological Achievements has been incorporated into Torch Statistical Survey and statistics concerning Registration of Scientific and Technological Achievements are included in Part 9.Development of National Technology Transfer Centers,formerly a component in Part 9 has been sorted out to form an independent part as Part 10. Except for the part of technology contracts,the national data in this book do not include those of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,the Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province. Eastern region,central region,western region and northeastern region in the Yearbook are divided as follows: Eastern region includes 10 provinces(municipalities):Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Fujian,Shandong,Guangdong and Hainan;Central region includes 6 provinces:Shanxi,Anhui,Jiangxi,Henan,Hubei and Hunan;Western region includes 12 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities):Inner Mongolia,Guangxi,Chongqing,Sichuan,Guizhou,Yunnan,Tibet,Shaanxi,Gansu,Qinghai,Ningxia and Xinjiang;Northeastern region includes 3 provinces:Liaoning,Jilin and Heilongjiang. Symbols used in this Yearbook:"blank space" indicates that the figure is not large enough to be measured with the smallest unit in the table,or data unknown,or not available;“#”indicates the major items of the total;“/”indicates that data are not available;and“*”or“①”indicates footnotes at the end of the table. Statistical discrepancies due to rounding are not adjusted in the Yearbook.
